The strangeness of life, September 16, 2017

Today I caught my neighbor crying outside and I asked her if she was okay?  She responded by saying it was her birthday and for the second straight year, she woke up to a very sick animal (pet), took it to the vet, and found out it needed to be put to rest.  As she finished, while crying, she said, "Why two years in a row on my birthday?"

Those are the strange things about this world that sometimes answers are never clear.  It does make one wonder though.  She is a very nice person, so I can't imagine she has too many negative karma points if there is such a thing.  It is too bad that for being kind and thoughtful, this has been her fate, two birthdays in a row.

Not knowing what else to do, I mowed her yard because I know she has been meaning to.
